Cancellation Policy

​We understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, to ensure fairness and respect for both our time and other clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:

Deposit Requirement

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your session.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment will not be charged any additional fees. However, the deposit is non-refundable.

No-Shows

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without losing your deposit. The deposit will be applied to your new appointment.​​ After two failed attempts to reschedule, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Additional Loss of Deposit

  • If your session is in anyway disrespectful or makes the therapist uncomfortable and therapist opts to terminate the session at time of appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
