Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue with slow, firm strokes and pressure. It's ideal for relieving chronic pain, muscle tension, and stiffness. You can never go wrong with a deep tissue!
Swedish Massage
A Swedish massage uses gentle, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and improve circulation. It's great for reducing stress, easing muscle tension, and enhancing your overall well-being.
Prenatal Massage
A prenatal massage is designed to reduce discomfort, improve circulation and provide much needed relief for the mother-to-be. Prenatal Sessions start at 90minutes.
Targeted Treatment
Crick in your neck? Sciatic Nerve pain? Frozen Shoulder? Recent injury? A targeted treatment massage focuses on specific areas of the body that are experiencing pain or tension. This type of massage uses various techniques to address issues like muscle knots, chronic pain, or injury recovery, providing relief and improving mobility in the targeted areas.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy, also known as Trigger Point Therapy is designed to address muscle knots or "trigger points", which can cause referred pain and discomfort due to nerve involvement. By applying pressure and specialized massage technique, your skilled therapist works to locate and release these adhesions, improving blood flow, muscle stiffness and nerve-related pain.
TMJ Treatment
TMJ Release Therapy is designed to alleviate the discomfort and pain associated with temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ). During this session, your therapist will work on releasing the facial/ intra-oral muscles involved to increase jaw mobility, reduce pain and alleviate symptoms such as headaches, earaches, and jaw popping. TMJ Treatments are 30 minutes in duration.
